This video sequence documents a live outdoor scene viewed through an open double doorway. While a young woman showers, innocently revealing her body in the right half of the view, an elderly man is seen sitting in the left half, smoking a cigarette, oblivious to the presence of the young woman and the beauty of her youthful form. In this vanity tableau, the man represents time, the process of aging that happens in time, and the inevitable presence of aging that haunts youth.

Marion is a reference to the so-called “weeping” religious icons or sculptures (tears or blood appearing on Madonna representations. Here a woman slowly drinks a glass of wine while a wine stain appears and rapidly spreads across her t-shirt. This video is about what appears on her white t-shirt and what it symbolizes for each spectator. There is no story, only this long moment and multiple ideas connected with it. A naked woman is rubbing her body with honey. Her body is gradually covered by pixels that are appearing on her like insects or electronic bugs. In the beginning only a few pixels appear, and their elusive entrance onto the woman’s body could make a spectator question what is really being seen or perceived.

We find a feeling akin to a suspension of time in Fountain, a young woman seen from behind, is leaning out of a window. The spray from a hot shower drips down her body. Little by little, the condensation of the steam forms a hazy screen on the glass of the lens, wich becomes blurred. Gradually the screen-like glass becomes opalescent and the loss of vision is replaced by the intensity of acoustic perception.

π, shows three naked women holding each other by the shoulders, standing in the murky water of a pond in the rain. During the entire film the only perceptible movement is their breathing. The three women have different body types wich do not tally with the classical canon of beauty. What is more, their uncomfortable situation and the rain put them in a tangible, earthbound time and place. The departure point is the image of the three graces, young women representing as a triangle the voluptuous
